Rosé

Damaskios Varietal Roze Wine
Varietal composition: Syrah 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%

Vinification-Maturation: Rosé vinification starts with the early harvest of the grapes . The short-lasting stay of the grapes and the juice in the tank  is typical  for the color of the wine. The fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures

Tasting features: Intense pomegranate color. The rich aroma of mature red fruits such as sour cherry, pomegranate and strawberry with some notes of spicy spices are the attributes of these unique varieties. Very well-structured wine with a strong taste, discreet presence of tannins, characteristic acidity and a long aromatic duration.

Harmony: It suits wellwith traditional Greek flavors. Stuffed peppers and tomatoes roasted grilled peppers, salads, pasta in light red sauces, pizzas, but also with exotic cuisine and cold tomato soups.

Best Served at 12-14º C

At the International Wine and Spirits Competition of Thessaloniki it was distinguished among hundreds of wine samples from all over Greece.
